In the exceptional situation of spring 2021, we are taking the safety of our audience and employees very seriously. To ensure adequate social distancing measures are practiced in the foyers, all refreshments will be laid out on named tables. Please order your refreshments in good time through our online store, by telephone, at a customer service desk, or via the mobile app.
A small selection of refreshments will be available at the service counters in the foyer, but these must be enjoyed while seated. All visitors are guaranteed a seat.
The Opera House doors open 1.5 hours before a performance, and pre-performance refreshments will be laid out on tables one hour before the performance starts. Service counters will also open one hour before the performance. Please note that the wine lounge of the Main Foyer will be closed in spring 2021.
Please only visit us when you are feeling well! You can cancel your ticket and refreshments up to seven hours before the start of the performance.
