The Phantom of the Opera and Love Never Dies

The COVID Pass is required of all visitors aged 16 and above to all events and performances from 4 December. If you are unable to attend a performance because of the COVID Pass, you can cancel your tickets to the Phantom of the Opera by signing in to your user account or by telephone until 48 hours before the performance. Cancellations by email are not accepted. For more information about cancellations due to the COVID Pass, please see our information for staying safe.

The sales terms and conditions and concessions for tickets to the Phantom of the Opera and the Love Never Dies concerts differ from the general sales and delivery terms and conditions of the Finnish National Opera and Ballet.

The musical and the concert are co-produced with The Really Useful Group.

Please note that tickets for the Phantom of the Opera and Love Never Dies concert are non-refundable. They can only be exchanged for another performance of the Phantom of the Opera or Love Never Dies no later than 48 hours before the start time of the original performance. To exchange tickets, call our customer service or visit our customer service desk in Töölönlahti. Tickets cannot be exchanged by e-mail. A service fee of EUR 5/ticket will be charged at the event of exchange Please note that group tickets (10 or more tickets) are non-changeable. 

If your new ticket is more expensive than your first ticket, you will be charged the difference in ticket cost. Should the new ticket be cheaper, the difference will not be refunded. 

Concessions

Concession prices are calculated from standard Main Stage ticket rates and rounded up to the nearest euro.

Groups: discount for groups of at least 20 people, 10% per ticket. Group discount does not apply to Love Never Dies concerts. When you buy 20 or more tickets at the standard rate, the 21st ticket will be free. Group tickets can only be purchased and reserved via the Finnish National Opera and Ballet customer service. Tickets for groups of less than 20 people can also be redeemed at Stockmann service desks or online. Concessionary tickets are only available for performances from Monday to Thursday. Concession pricing is available for seats in the stalls and the first balcony.

Children and young adults: 20% discount for ticket prices for under 20-year-olds. The discount only applies to performances from Monday to Thursday and Saturday matinees. Concession pricing is available for selected seats in the stalls and 1st and 2nd balconies.

Students: 20% discount for ticket prices. The discount only applies to performances from Monday to Thursday and Saturday matinees. Concession pricing is available for selected seats in the stalls and 1st and 2nd balconies.

Pensioners: 5% discount for ticket prices. The discount only applies to performances from Monday to Thursday and Saturday matinees. Concession pricing is available for seats in the stalls and the first balcony.

Please enquire about tickets to wheelchair users and their companions at our customer service. 

Proof of concession must be presented upon request when arriving at the performance.

Please note that individual tickets must be redeemed within 2 weeks from the date of reservation and group tickets (more than 10 tickets) within one month from the date of reservation. No reservations are accepted for the most economical ticket category on the third balcony (H). Only 2 tickets per customer can be purchased in price category H.

Service fees

Tickets to The Phantom of the Opera musical and the Love Never Dies concert are sold online at staging.oopperabaletti.fi/en, at the Finnish National Opera and Ballet box office, and at Stockmann department stores. The ticket prices are the same in the online store and the box office. Stockmann charges a service fee of €1.50 per ticket.

The reservation fee is €5 per reservation, payable upon redeeming the tickets. A service fee of €10 per reservation applies to group reservations, payable as soon as the reservation is confirmed.  

Please note that tickets to The Phantom of the Opera and Love Never Dies are non-refundable. In the case of a repertoire change or a cancellation due to force majeure, the value of your ticket will be credited to your customer account in exchange for the original ticket. Service and delivery fees are non-refundable. If you prefer another form of refund, please contact our customer service within one month of the change or cancellation. The Finnish National Opera and Ballet does not take responsibility for any other expenses incurred.
