The event on the stage is just the tip of the iceberg – the cultimation of frenetic activity at workshops and rehearsal rooms long before the premiere. A guided tour of the Opera House takes your group behind the scenes to see the wealth of professional skills required to create a performance.
The 1-hour tour costs 137 euro on weekdays for groups of up to 20 people. The tour costs 96 euro for student groups and 76 euro for schoolchildren.
Please note that we do not organize tours due to the premieres of the Main Stage in weeks 44 and 47.
The Opera House offers a variety of different venue options for your events. Our light-filled Main Foyer boasts breathtaking views of Töölönlahti bay, while the smaller Almi Hall Foyer can be adapted for your unique needs. For larger events, such as seminars, artistic productions, or TV productions, we recommend Almi Hall, which is available to rent when the repertoire permits. You can explore the public spaces of the Opera House by viewing the layout maps.
