Face masks are mandatory throughout your visit. We kindly ask you to arrive at the performance in good time. At the end of the performance, we may ask the audience to exit the auditorium in stages. This might take additional 5 to 15 minutes. Thank you for your patience!

Our customer service is now also here for you via chat. Our chat is available for assistance while buying tickets and using our online service, as well as questions regarding tickets and performances. Tickets cannot be bought via chat.

You will see the chat icon as you begin to buy tickets for performances, sign in to your customer account in our online store, or when browsing the pages Order refreshments, Buy a gift voucher, Buy a season ticket, or Donate. The icon is only visible when a customer service representative is available. There is no queuing system in the chat, so we will answer your messages straight away. You will find the chat at the bottom right corner of the page. Please note, that our chat is only available to you if you have accepted our functional cookies.

You can order refreshments for Mon-Fri performances by telephone until 4 p.m. on the same day. For Saturday performances we accept orders until 4 p.m. on the day before.
