You will see the chat icon as you begin to buy tickets for performances, sign in to your customer account in our online store, or when browsing the pages Order refreshments, Buy a gift voucher, Buy a season ticket, or Donate. The icon is only visible when a customer service representative is available. There is no queuing system in the chat, so we will answer your messages straight away.
