The General Director of the Finnish National Opera and Ballet is Gita Kadambi. Her responsibilities include leading operations and management, overseeing financial matters, liaising with the Board of Directors, recruitment, and employment issues. Thomas de Mallet Burgess is the Artistic Director of the Opera and Javier Torres is the Artistic Director of the Ballet. The two Artistic Directors are in charge of repertoire planning and ensuring artistic excellence. Timo Tuovila serves as the Production and Technical Director at the Opera House. His duties include technology and facilities management as well as production rentals.
The Management Team also includes Head of Finance Ulla Paavola, HR Manager Hanna Fontana and General Counsel Anita Prusila.
