Throughout the school day on 17 December 2025, The Nutcracker and the Mouse King will be available free of charge on our webservice to all comprehensive schools in Finland. Learn more about Ballet Day and enrol your class to take part.
Ballet Day will be celebrated across Finland on 17 December, when the Finnish National Ballet invites every comprehensive school in the country to enjoy The Nutcracker and the Mouse King together online. The event is completely free for schools.
Each school and class can watch the performance in its own space and step into the magical world of this iconic ballet. The Nutcracker and the Mouse King will be available to view on our web service from 7:30 to 15:30.
